Calvin has over 14 years post qualification experience. He is a corporate and commercial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in various practice areas including but not limited to corporate law, general commercial law, project finance, due diligence, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and arbitration, regulatory and compliance matters, taxation and labour matters.
