Calvin has over 13 years post-qualification experience in advising clients in corporate and commercial law, tax law, projects and infrastructure, employment law, and dispute resolution.
Calvin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda (1998) and Master of Laws in International Economic Law (LLM) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom (2006).
Calvin is one of the founders of DLA Piper Africa (Equity Juris Chambers) in 2007. Prior to joining private practice, he was a Legal Advisor at the Rwanda Investment Promotion Agency (currently Rwanda Development Board) for 7 years.
He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association, the East African Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
