Brigitta advises our clients on traditional intellectual property issues, focusing on copyright, competition and trademark law. She has also been involved in digitalisation projects for many years, particularly in relation to data protection, IT and media law. Many clients also come from the start-up sector and seek legal support for their digital business models. In recent years, she has also provided expert opinions for the public sector, including two expert opinions for the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health on the introduction of adaptive assistance systems in the context of Industry 2.0 and on big data technologies used by state and federal authorities using various Internet data sources.
