Borja de Gabriel has extensive experience advising on the restructuring of large estates and on the internationalisation of Spanish companies, as well as international groups investing in Spain.

He also specialises in innovation and has extensive experience in advising disruptive entities and businesses in all areas of development, as well as providing tax advice to all types of entrepreneurial initiatives, including those arising from incubation and corporate acceleration programmes.

Previously, he worked at MA Abogados, Deloitte, and DWF-RCD.

Throughout his more than 20 years of professional experience in tax law, he has specialised in tax planning for investment and restructuring operations at the national and international level, and in providing ongoing tax advice to multinational groups and family offices.
