Blas Alberto González

Blas González is the Founding Partner of Blas A. González – Business Law. Before founding his own boutique in 2015, he served as a Commercial Court Judge for over 17 years and another 4 years like attorney as Director of the Intellectual Property area at Cuatrecasas Madrid.

He has a strong background in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law, Antitrust -including civil actions for damages-, corporate disputes and liability of administrators, unfair competition and advertising.

Blas González also has a wide experience advising in patent rights, especially for pharmaceutical companies, and has been involved in complex matters regarding rights of industrial brands and designs.

As a result of his extensive experience in litigation, Blas Gonzalez has also a deep knowledge of Third Party Founding
