Bernardo Kruel de Souza Lima

Bernardo works on issues related to the financial and capital markets, particularly in financial regulation and the structuring of investment funds and innovative transactions.

He has experience in advising and representing financial institutions, asset managers, fiduciary administrators, intermediaries, and fintechs on regulatory matters with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA), and B3 S.A. - Brazil, Stock Exchange, and Over-the-Counter Market (B3).

He is a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and coordinator of the Fintechs Working Group within the LAB - Financial Innovation Laboratory, organized by the IDB, CVM, and ABDE.

For over 3 years, he was part of the Regulatory Studies area at ANBIMA, participating in key discussions and regulatory enhancements in the financial and capital markets.

He is consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and coordinator of the Fintechs Working Group within the LAB -Laboratory of Financial Innovation, organized by the IDB, CVM and ABDE.

He was for more than 3 years at ANBIMA, participating in the main debates and improvement of the regulation of the financial and capital markets.
