Career
Bernardo focuses his practice on matters related to the financial and capital markets, notably with financial regulation, in the structuring of funds and fintechs.
Has experience in represent financial institutions, asset managers, fiduciary administrators, intermediaries and fintechs involving regulatory issues related with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA) and B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3).
He is consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and coordinator of the Fintechs Working Group within the LAB -Laboratory of Financial Innovation, organized by the IDB, CVM and ABDE.
He was for more than 3 years at ANBIMA, participating in the main debates and improvement of the regulation of the financial and capital markets.
