Career

Co-managing partner and co-founders of the firm, Bernard is a member of the Paris Bar.

He has started his career by advising fast-growing companies and entrepreneurs before specializing in M&A transactions for major french groups and state-owned companies.

Bernard has been involved in numerous transactions in the sectors of distribution, mass-market distribution, luxury industry, medias, energy and real estate, and has advised preeminent French groups for their restructurings.

He has developed a significant know-how in advising private-equity funds for venture capital operations, in particular during the “dot.com” era, and LBO transactions.

Bernard sits on the investment committee of a mid-cap private equity fund.
