Throughout the years, Mr. Yehia represented major clients, developers, international contractors, government agencies in disputes with values of hundreds of millions.

Mr. Yehia enjoys vast and specialized experience in the area of construction law and disputes and has represented clients in high-value contracts and mega claims across a large array of sectors in the construction business. One good example is the Jeddah Tower. He also served as a member in many DRB’s and as co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, presiding arbitrator, legal expert and counsel in +130 arbitral cases.


Representing a major real estate developer against a consortium of two contractors in a mega construction dispute involving delay and disruption claims with value of USD +240 million.

Representing a major oil company against an international rig supplier, in a dispute over the supply of an oil rig with a claim exceeding USD 80 million.
