Armand Aviges advises, assists, and represents both French and international industrial players, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, in product liability matters before various jurisdictions (civil, administrative, and criminal). He notably handles complex serial claims and has developed a strong expertise in healthcare class actions and notably represents a leading pharmaceutical group in the first two pharmaceutical class actions in France. His practice has a decidedly international bent, as he manages and coordinates mass disputes on an international level.
Armand Aviges is particularly involved in the management of mass litigation in the context of ad hoc compensation schemes set up by the State and in all related litigation procedures.
Armand Aviges is also regularly consulted in the context of reflexions and proposals concerning draft bills or the modification of the French legal system.
