Ariel Di Bártolo

Ariel specializes in complex litigation, restructuring, corporate advisory and shareholder disputes.

He is frequently consulted and advises on complex transactions or legal issues that require multidisciplinary approaches and strategies, tailor-made solutions and practical vision and management skills. He has represented and advised multinational and national companies in matters of his specialty.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and obtained postgraduate degrees in Corporate Legal Advice (UBA) and in Insolvency Law (UCA). He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at different universities and conferences in his area of specialization, and is a collaborating professor of Bankruptcy and Insolvency at the University of Buenos Aires.
