Annette Spycher

Annette Spycher is a partner and Co-Head of the Private Clients Team of Kellerhals Carrard. She is a leading Swiss specialist in family law, and advises in particular on family and inheritance law, including international aspects of such matters. Annette works for a variety of clients, in both an advisory function and as a litigator. She regularly represents clients in complex litigations. Annette also specializes in IP law, especially in trademark law, and in contract law.

Annette advises private clients on complex, often cross-border, divorce proceedings and financial settlements, which regularly feature insurance and taxation matters. She frequently advises on marriage and inheritance agreements for HNWI.

Annette has a strong academic background and is a professor at the University of Bern. She has published numerous books and articles in the field of family law.
