Founding partner of BEHRING, Anne-Solene GAY is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1997. She specializes in telecom and space law and has developped significant expertise in information technology, digital law and intellectual property. Anne-Solene advises government and regulators as well as telecommunication operators on regulatory and transactional matters. She also advises companies acting in emerging technologies sectors on regulatory and IT matters. Prior to founding BEHRING in 2014, Anne-Solène GAY practiced at various international law firms in Paris and London and was a partner of the YGMA for 11 years.
