Angus Moon KC

Angus is sought after across a wide range of fields. His knowledge of the law and intellectual curiosity have enabled him to achieve some spectacular outcomes for clients from all walks of life. He combines this with warmth, sensitivity and leadership skills and was shortlisted for the Clinical Negligence Silk of the Year Award 2022 by Chambers & Partners.

His knowledge of the law in many specialist areas allows him to bring a wide perspective to complex cases across clinical negligence, employment law, inquests, police, the Court of Protection and regulatory law. He has a particular reputation for sensitivity in dealing with clients involved in difficult litigation.

Angus has acted in significant cases involving injunctions in the employment context and in cases involving discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and misconduct throughout his career and has developed specialisms in both injunctions and police employment cases.

In July 2025, Angus appeared in the Supreme Court for one of the appellants in Lewis-Ranwell v G4S Health Services. Angus was instructed for the purpose of the appeal to the Supreme Court having not appeared below. Judgment is awaited.
