Over the past thirty years Andrew Shoemaker has represented plaintiffs, defendants, prosecuting agencies, subjects of investigations, and third parties in lawsuits, investigations, arbitrations, and mediations concerning fiduciary duties, corporate and partnership governance, allegations of criminal and civil fraud, securities, accounting and auditing, financial services, banking, patent infringement, and complex land use issues.
