Andrew Christie

A partner in the funds team since 2017, Andrew heads up our successful fund finance practice and has overseen its significant growth in recent years.

Recognised in the City and international fund finance market as expert, Andrew regularly advises on subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities and GP and management fee facilities. Andrew’s expertise has a particular emphasis on security structures, and he regularly works in the context of complex international structures with clients from across the globe.

As well as leading the fund finance practice, Andrew works across a full range of private funds work and is an expert in GP side fund structuring, formation and fund lifetime related matters. Working as co-counsel alongside the leading City and international funds teams, Andrew has a unique overview of the growth and development of the market and practices.
