Andrea S. (Andie) Kramer is the founding member of ASKramer Law, a boutique Chicago firm providing counsel to clients on energy, trading, fin-tech, and taxation law. Kramer counsels clients on a wide range of complex trading operations; the taxation and regulation of financial products and emerging asset classes of all kinds; taxation of energy production and transmission; corporate governance; and tax controversy matters. She has BA from the University of Illinois and a JD from Northwestern University. Ms. Kramer previously served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and has delivered specialist training courses at the U.S. Treasury and the IRS for more than two decades.

Kramer is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
