Andrea is an experienced property litigation lawyer advising on disputes involving all areas of commercial and residential property law as well as agricultural matters. She represents a wide range of clients from national retail chains to property developers, farmers and estates.

She has particular expertise in easement and right of way disputes; claims for adverse possession; agricultural tenancy disputes; forfeiture of both commercial and agricultural property; disputes relating to residential management companies and service charges for long residential leases; property-related insolvency disputes; and private nuisance claims including damages for flooding.
