Allen Gichuhi is a leading Litigation Advocate with over 23 years of experience and is widely respected in the Banking and Corporate world for his unique Litigation skills and sharp grasp of the Law. Allen specialises in Commercial, Banking and Administrative Law and is recognised for his impressive record in contentious matters. He served as the 48th President of the Law Society of Kenya where he left a legacy of reform, innovation and international collaboration. He is on the panel of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration. As a Chartered Arbitrator he is regularly appointed in commercial disputes. He was instrumental in drafting Kenya’s Court Mandated Mediation Rules (2005), Advocates Remuneration Orders (2006 and 2014), Practice Directions for the High Court and Court of Appeal (2014), updating the Chartered Institute Arbitration Rules (2020). Allen is a celebrated author, mentor and a charismatic presenter.
