Alison Bull

Alison is a highly experienced family mediator, financial and children arbitrator, and lawyer, passionate about sorting things out without attending court if possible, and used to handling complex, conflictual situations. She focuses on the bigger picture and the best interests of children. As well as handling tricky litigation and solicitor negotiation, she helps clients to agree parenting plans, including meeting with children in mediation, and to reach financial agreements outside of court often involving, trusts, pensions and international assets. She has also developed Mills & Reeves's now well established service called "separate well with one lawyer" in which one lawyer acts for both of a separating couple.
