Alice is a Partner and Head of Private Client legal for KPMG in the UK.

Alice has extensive experience in advising UK and international individuals and families on the structuring of their personal and business wealth. This includes designing and advising on bespoke asset holding vehicles including private trust companies and foundations to effectively transition wealth between generations, achieve a robust level of asset protection/risk management and navigate cross-border tax laws.

Alice advises on Wills and incapacity planning as well as probate, with a focus on those estates which include assets in multiple jurisdictions taking into account complex cross border succession and mental capacity laws.

Alice's clients include entrepreneurs and high profile individuals from around the world as well as the trustees and financial institutions who support them.
