Alexandra STOCKI has been practicing employment law for over 25 years, in both advisory and litigation
Her experience within French (Bredin Prat, Flichy Grangé) and international structures (Proskauer Rose, Freshfields, Bird&Bird) has enabled her to develop global and complementary approaches in a wide range of business sectors (automotive, glass sector, pharmaceutical industry, fashion, IT, oil& gaz...).
Alexandra’s practice covers the full range of contentious and advisory matters with regard to employment and social security law, including national, international and multi-jurisdictional issues. She regularly advises both French and international groups on complex transactions, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
She also assissts small and medium-sized businesses with their day-to-day issues and litigation.
Alexandra founded her own firm, AStocki Avocats, in January 2024. The firm will count 3 senior and experienced lawyers (including Alexandra) in S1 2025 and will continue to grow by the end of the year.
The firm aims at offering tailored and high added value services.
The firm’s culture is to take into account the business challenges and particularities of companies, in order to propose practical solutions, in consulting and in litigation, that its counterparts can appropriate with full awareness of the ins and outs.
After initial training at ESCP (1995) and parallel studies in business and public law (Master degrees in both area in 1996), Alexandra decided to become a lawyer and specialize in employment law out of passion for the field.
