Career
Ádám Liber is the Managing Partner of BLB Legal and advises on digital regulation, data protection, technology, competition and intellectual property law. He works with multinational and Hungarian clients, including online platforms and clients in the finance, technology and other regulated sectors, on regulatory, compliance and contentious issues relating to digital products, data-driven services and digital infrastructure. He is particularly active in matters at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity and platform regulation, and also advises on competition and intellectual property issues arising in digital and technology-driven business models. He advises on compliance projects, product counselling, regulatory investigations, audits, authority proceedings and disputes. He holds a PhD in Law (summa cum laude) on the interplay between the Digital Services Act and the GDPR. His qualifications include FIP, CIPP/E, CIPM and CISM, and he serves as an external expert in the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts.
