■ Advising Bergvik Skog Väst AB in relation to a SEK 12,000 million bridge financing
■ Acting as Swedish counsel for the lenders in connection with the USD 1,600 million revolving borrowing base finance facility provided to Preem AB (publ)
■ Advising Nyfosa in connection with the SEK 1,020 million term loan financing of the acquisition of 21 properties in Sweden from Klövern AB and in connection with the SEK 1,111 million term loan financing of the acquisition or properties in Sweden and the refinancing of a real estate portfolio
■ Advising Credit Suisse in connection with a SEK 2,000 million warehousing facility to a Swedish mortgage lending institute

Real Estate:

■ Advising Hemfosa on the acquisition of a portfolio of eleven properties in Sweden, five of which are leaseholds, at an underlying property value of SEK 875 million
■ Advising Magnolia Bostad in relation to a framework agreement with Slättö. The cooperation includes that Slättö acquires residential projects from Magnolia Bostad with a value of at least SEK 5 000 million which may gradually be increased to SEK 14 000 million
■ Advising Eurocommercial Properties on the acquisition of C4 Shopping, under construction, in Kristianstad, from C4 Shopping Holding. The transaction value for the entire shopping site is approximately SEK 1.700 million
■ Advising Regementsfastigheter R Holding AB, a company indirectly owned by real estate funds managed by Blackstone and Areim, on the sale of Garnisonen in Linköping and Campus in Östersund to Intea Fastigheter AB. The lettable area in Garnisonen amounts to approximately 132,600 sq.m.
■ Advising Willhem AB (publ) on the acquisition of a portfolio of 119 properties with 4,302 residential apartments from Akelius with an underlying property value of SEK 5 000 million
