Our Real Estate practice advises client in all stages of real estate transactions, from strategic to structuring issues through due diligence to negotiating sale and purchase agreements, financing agreements and security agreements. We also advise on a wide range of other real estate matters, such as commercial leases, project developments (including complex forward purchase and forward funding transactions), club investments and the establishment of real estate funds.
Our clients are mainly Swedish and international property companies and property funds.
The team has extensive knowledge of the real estate market. We work in small teams with very high partner attention. That, in combination with the team members additional knowledge in financing matters, is highly appreciated by clients.
The partner team consists of Patrick Forslund and Daniel Unger. Daniel Unger has more than ten years’ experience of advising clients in complex real estate transactions and Patrick Forslund is included in the Hall of Fame of Legal 500 EMEA (Real Estate). Patrick Forslund was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Sixth Edition of Best Lawyers in Sweden (Real Estate) and Patrick Forslund was selected "Lawyer of the Year" for Stockholm in Best Lawyers’ 2017 (Real Estate).
