History: 

The core team behind Wallbrook first came together in 2007 as Billiter Partners. In 2013 Billiter merged with the private equity-backed US investigations business, Stroz Friedberg, which was itself acquired by Aon plc (NYSE: AON) in 2016.

The Due Diligence and Strategic Research team of Stroz Friedberg was subsequently spun out of Aon plc in 2018 and reformed as Wallbrook.
