To-date, the firm has had three Senior Counsel lead the firm. Its principal founder was among the first batch of lawyers to be appointed Senior Counsel in Singapore. Under his stewardship and prior to his elevation to the bench, the firm grew further to become one of the leading legal practices in Singapore.

Dispute Resolution: The firm’s disputes practice comprises seasoned lawyers who combine intellectual rigour with strategy and pragmatism to deliver legal solutions to its clients. Insolvency, Restructuring & Investigations: The firm has a strong team of experienced practitioners who are capable of advising all types of stakeholders on the full spectrum of issues that arise – from implementation of judicial management and schemes of arrangement, to complex liquidation, and cross-border restructuring and insolvencies. We have also undertaken some of the most sensitive and high-profile banking, financial and fraud investigations in the region. A number of these investigations arise in an insolvency-related context.
