• Maybank Bank Cambodia – Assisted on first ever syndicated loan structured under Cambodia law for an USD 80,000,000 green financing facility.
• Credit Bureau (Cambodia) – Acted in a joint venture negotiation with a foreign investor for the creation of the institute.
• Major Trading Malaysian Bank - Acted for the lender to an Islamic project financing of USD42,000,000 in relation to a real estate development (shopping mall).
• Major Malaysian Bank – Assisted in relation to a trade financing of up to SGD 4,500,000 secured by assets located in Cambodia.
• International Energy Company – Advised on the project implementation documentation as well as the project financing documentation of a 135 MW power station to be constructed and operated at Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
• Major Trading Malaysian Bank – Acted regarding a project financing in relation to development and commissioning a 230KV power transmission line and substations.
• National Bank of Cambodia – Assisted in drafting online market lending platform regulation and master service agreement for Bakong Operation as well as advised on government bond issuance and crypto currency trading in Cambodia.
• A Major International Energy Company – Assisted in facility agreement and security documents on a project finance for an Energy Project worth USD 600,000,000 by providing legal advise and reviewing legal opinions.
• Major Taiwanese Bank – Assisted as the lead arranger for a syndicated loan of USD 30,000,000 in relation to fibre optic concession.
• Major International Energy Company – Acted as the lead Cambodian counsel in a syndicated financing of USD200,000,000 in relation to a coal power plant in Cambodia.
• Major Malaysia Bank – Advised on USD 10,000,000 Dividend-Linked Loan Facility.
• T.O. Digital Solution Co., LTD. – Provided comprehensive legal support to T.O. Digital Solution Co., LTD. in relations to the development and rollout of the Bakong Application (Cambodia's national mobile payment and banking system, developed by the National Bank of Cambodia and a Japanese fintech company) in terms of template contracts and legal arrangement.
