Litigation, Regulation & Investigations:  

Morgan Lewis litigators handle cases globally, serving as International trial and coordinating counsel in large, complex matters. They also offer intellectual property services, including patent prosecution, trademark and copyright protection. In Singapore, the dispute resolution team represents clients in commercial, corporate and financial disputes, in both Singapore litigation, as well as arbitrations seated in Singapore, England, Hong Kong and Switzerland.

Restructuring:  

Morgan Lewis’s global restructuring practice has longstanding experience and commercial perspective on US, as well as non-US and cross-border workouts and insolvencies. The team has offices in global financial centres, including in Beijing, Singapore and Tokyo. The Singapore practice combines its strong corporate experience with its proficiency in various court supervised insolvency proceedings.
