Firm Overview:
Few firms in the country can match the trial experience of LPCH’s lawyers, who have taken more than 160 complex commercial cases to trial or arbitration since 1993. LPCH lawyers represented companies in jury trials where billions of dollars were at stake. LPCH’s lawyers prevailed in, or successfully settled, those trials, helping their clients obtain jury awards or settlements, or avoid significant liabilities. Unlike most firms, every LPCH lawyer has actual courtroom experience, and most of LPCH’s partners have been nationally recognized for their trial victories and effective advocacy.
