Latitude serves Global 50 law firms to boutique practices and Fortune Global 500 corporations to start ups. The company can deploy attorneys who have deep experience in almost any practice or sub-practice area that one would expect to find at a large corporate law firm or legal department.
Short- or Long-Term Contract Engagements
Latitude supplements existing legal teams with associate-, counsel-, and partner-level attorneys who work on a flexible basis. Latitude Attorneys may work with clients part- or full-time and for weeks, months, or years. Common examples include:
- Satisfying client secondment requests
- Coverage during a leave of absence
- Assisting during a surge in workload
- Enlisting additional help during hiring freezes or when a lower headcount is desirable (e.g., pre-M&A)
- Bringing in an attorney with practice-specific specialised expertise
- Completing special projects or lower margin work
Contract-to-Hire
Clients may prefer to engage a professional on a contract basis before making a permanent hiring decision. Common examples include:
- Trial hires to determine if a full-time employee is needed or the right fit
- Starting someone immediately while awaiting a budget to increase headcount or fund a new position
Direct-Hire Placements
