Career: Soon after he left the firm he worked for 11 years and established his firm in mid of 1997, during monetary crisis between 1998 and 2001 Mr. Siregar was trusted to settle the termination of more than 50,000 employees of 51 banks which he successfully accomplished it peacefully. Until to date, he is the only lawyer who has the experience to manage such a large number of employees termination. His records of managing mass termination continues. He is very well recognized and admired of his very strong and in-depth knowledge of employment and industrial relation laws as well as his very straight forward and efficient approach in dealing with any various types of employment matter as well as industrial relation disputes. Since 1997, he has been representing clients, both multinational and domestic, in industrial relation dispute cases both in and outside court settlement as well as accompanying the clients during meetings with the Ministry of Manpower, unions and assist the clients to avoid strikes and demonstrations.

Personal: Mr. Siregar graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1986. He has been invited as speaker in numerous discussions regarding employment and industrial relation dispute including topics related to Law No. 11 of 2020 of work Creation (Omnibus Law).
