Lecturing & Publishing:
Helmr also has a unique position as the cooperating partner to ‘HR Norge’ - the country’s largest HR and management professional network, consisting of members from both the private and public sectors. Over the last year, Helmr has contributed with employment law training programs and as speakers on several of their major conferences with topics related to employment law in private and public sector. In addition, the firm serves HR Norge’s service line and incoming questions from the members on a daily basis, as well as producing articles for their newsletter. Helmr engage in publishing articles and books about employment law. In June 2020 Helmr published the fifth edition of ‘Arbeidslivets spilleregler’ through Universitetsforlaget (the main publisher of academic work). This is an extensive and well recognised textbook about employment law - framework and rules - especially aimed at the employment law professionals and HR practitioners. The book is held in high regard amongst legal professionals and HR practitioners.
