Founders Peter L. Gladstone and Jeffrey A. Weissman met in 1994 when Jeff was a recent law school graduate and Peter was a sixth-year associate at the noted firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale. In November 1997, Peter left to found The Law Offices of Peter L. Gladstone, P.A., and just two years later, Peter and Jeff joined forces to form Gladstone & Weissman, P.A. and on June 1, 2023 grew to become Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A.

The spirit of collegiality that characterised the firm’s earliest days has been maintained and cultivated throughout the years.
