Corporate/M&A:
The firm advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters related to their commercial activities, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporation registrations, corporate minutes, draft and negotiation of all kinds of contacts and agreements, public and private bids, actions to be taken in Mexico as consequence of foreign corporate restructuring and foreign investments. The firm has also been involved in advising and assessing the clients in negotiations of government contacts and public sales, from local to federal sphere.

White Collar Criminal Law, Commercial, Civil & Administrative Litigation:
The members of the firm have extensive experience in the area of dispute resolution in civil and commercial matters. They have represented clients that encompass both national and international companies, financial and insurance institutions, as well as controversies derived from contractual and extra-contractual responsibilities both in the Federal jurisdiction and in the common jurisdiction.

The robust criminal litigation practice has a corporate approach focused on the business sector, mainly with regard to property crimes.
