Dispute Resolution

Arbitration:
Being familiar with arbitration proceedings enables the firm to offer its clients assistance, representation and advice at all stages of the process. The firm acts in ad hoc arbitrations as well as in domestic and international arbitrations in Luxembourg covering both Luxembourg and foreign rules, including those of the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), ICSID, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL/CNUCID).
