Real Estate:
The firm advises on all aspects of investment in real estate, including zoning, planning, construction, development, real estate finance, environmental issues, licensing, and acts for clients within categories with varying requirements, including developers, contractors, financial and strategic investors, lenders, governmental agencies, corporates and high-net-worth individuals. Banking, Corporate & Project Finance:
