Abeledo Gottheil has recently ended the renovation and enhancement of its 6th floor offices located at Av. Eduardo Madero 1020, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Now the floor has a new layout of the facilities, with state of the art technology, adapted to the new ways of working. The remodeling implied the modification of the layout, to achieve a more useful floor. A big open office space was planned with open work rooms, jointly with closed glazed offices and board room, in the perimeter of the floor. Light fixtures, vinyl flooring, a modular carpet and new equipment were added, providing functionality of space. An agile and flexible space was added also, which function varies depending on the work schedule . It may be used as a dining room or an area for informal work meetings.
With a new office layout, of around 500 square meters and in which more than 60 co-workers will develop their duties, work will be eased and efficiency improved.
The works in the 6th floor have ended, and the renovation and enhancement of the 5th floor offices are in progress.
