Changes to submissions for Chambers UK 2028

Submission deadlines for Chambers UK 2028 are now available and can be viewed on the research schedule.

Upcoming changes to the submissions process for Chambers UK 2028 include the following:

New Private Credit area

We are now accepting submissions for the new area of Private Credit. This practice (also known as Private Debt) focuses on the representation of non-bank investors, particularly private equity and other investment firms, acting as lenders in private credit transactions. Please note that debtor-side work should be included in the relevant Finance submission.

Change to Employment

You will now be able to provide a separate submission for Employment: Employer: Third Party in London

Change to SME-focused Firms

Firms will be able to submit for specific regions (North East, South West etc) for SME-focused Firms. This is a table for smaller firms whose client base consists primarily of SMEs. There will continue to be a UK-wide table and regional tables, but submissions will be collected at a regional level.

Change to Islamic Finance

We now accept distinct submissions for Islamic Finance.

Changes to Commercial & Corporate Litigation in London

Firms may provide submissions for two of the new tables in this section: Group Litigation: Respondent and Shareholder Litigation.

Changes to Transport: Rail (UK-wide)

We welcome separate submissions for Rolling Stock; Projects & Infrastructure and Planning & Authorisation.
