Vanessa Marquette, Partner, Banking & Finance Belgium - Loyens & Loeff
Vanessa Marquette, attorney at law, is a partner in the Banking and Finance Practice Group of our Brussels office and a member of the firmwide Restructuring & Insolvency team. She is recognized for her expertise in Banking and Finance with a focus on international finance law, regulated financial services, sustainable finance and banking litigation. Vanessa Marquette assists regulated entities such as financial institutions, payment services providers, funds, insurance companies, listed companies as well as non-regulated entities on all financial regulatory matters and compliance. She accompanies clients in the evolving environment of sustainable finance. She has a wide experience in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of all type of security interests with specific expertise in cross-border issues. She handles M&A transactions in the banking and insurance areas as well M&A involving public entities.
Vincent Vroom, Partner, Litigation the Netherlands - Loyens & Loeff
Vincent Vroom, attorney at law, is chairman of the Litigation & Risk Management Group. He specialises in restructuring and insolvency matters. He handles a range of issues in restructuring cases whether they arise within the courtroom or outside. Vincent often works on complex matters in international settings and has worked on ground breaking cases where Dutch entities were involved in US chapter 11 proceedings, schemes of arrangement and other foreign restructuring and insolvency proceedings (including Brazilian RJ proceedings). Vincent also gained broad experience in financing transactions. His clients include investors, debtors and financial institutions.
Anne-Marie Nicolas, Partner, Banking & Finance Luxembourg - Loyens & Loeff
Anne-Marie Nicolas, partner, is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She co-heads the Luxembourg Restructuring Team. Anne-Marie focuses on secured lending, including acquisition finance and real estate finance, as well as debt restructuring. Anne-Marie advises in cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financings, structured finance, debt (re)structuring and financial technologies, as well as on regulatory, insolvency and corporate governance matters. Anne-Marie regularly acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors. She is a member of the Financial Institutions team, the Fintech team, the Region team Germany and the Region team France within Loyens & Loeff. Anne-Marie is also an active member of various associations in the financial services industry and has published on finance and corporate governance.
Judith Raijmakers, Partner, Banking & Finance Switzerland - Loyens & Loeff
Judith Raijmakers, attorney at law, is a partner in our Zurich office. She focuses on banking and finance matters including secured lending, debt (re)structuring, debt issuances and financial regulatory work. Judith is a member of our Banking & Finance practice group and heads the Swiss Banking & Finance practice. She specialises in finance transactions including acquisition financing, asset financing, real estate financing and debt issuances. She advises on financial restructuring and insolvency matters and assists a large number of leading banks and institutions on financial regulatory matters.
