Ollie Dimsdale, Head of AMECO Research, Chambers and Partners

Ollie has been with Chambers and Partners for several years, initially starting as a Researcher on Chambers Asia-Pacific before working his way up to Assistant Editor. In 2016 he became Deputy Editor of Chambers Global, with specific responsibilities for the Middle East, North Africa and Offshore Caribbean. He graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA in English & Theatre Studies (2006) and an MA in English Literature (2007). He also separately obtained an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of St Andrews (2010).

Michael Barnea, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A Practice, Barnea Jaffa Lande

Michael (Micky) the managing partner of Barnea Jaffa Lande, is recognized as one of Israel's leading corporate and M&A lawyers, holding a prominent position as one of the country's top attorneys in the M&A field. Micky's expertise is acknowledged by esteemed publications such as Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR1000, and Who's Who across multiple practice areas. Micky plays an active and influential role in advising some of Israel's largest public and private companies. Moreover, his extensive experience extends to working closely with renowned international corporations, providing valuable insights and guidance on their most significant transactions. Micky's legal counsel covers a broad spectrum of complex and large-scale transactions. His expertise also includes assisting clients in navigating shareholder disputes, facilitating takeovers, and addressing other critical matters within the corporate sphere.

Jackie Donner, Co-founder and CEO, Lawflex

Jackie created Lawflex as an answer to both law firms’ yearning to reduce costs and lawyers’ realization that the traditional legal career model was no longer working for them. Before founding LawFlex, Jackie worked as an English lawyer for Epstein Rosenblum Maoz in their corporate department, and then as a member of their private client team on English law matters. Jackie has acted on high-profile transactions for FTSE 100 and Tel Aviv 35 corporate clients, internet and technology companies, as well for leading financial institutions and banks. Moreover, Jackie has extensive experience on advising private clients on various estate planning and private wealth matters.

Noa Rosenberg Segalovitz, General Counsel, Lightricks

Noa received her LLB (magna cum laude) and B.A. in economics from Tel Aviv University and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University. After graduating from NYU, she joined Covington & Burling. A few years later, she joined Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co. where she then became partner with the International Corporate Group. In 2018, Noa was appointed VP, General Counsel of Tnuva, Israel’s largest food company, and in November of 2021, she joined Lightricks as General Counsel. She serves as part of the company’s executive management team. During her career Noa was recognized on ‘The Markers’ most promising 40 under 40 list.

Edva Liveanu Justo, East Europe, Turkey and Israel Region Counsel, HP

Edva has served in various roles in HP's Global Legal Department since joining HP in 2010, and prior to that, as an associate in a boutique law firm in Tel Aviv, specializing in project financing. Edva is an experienced Counsel with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, in a multi-national global corporate environment. A graduate of the Hebrew University (LL.B) Edva utilizes her professional skills in negotiation, data privacy, employment law, competition law, and dispute resolution, in support of HP's extensive activities in Israel.

JP Son, Chief Legal Officer, Verbit.AI

JP Son has served as Verbit’s Chief Legal Officer since December 2021, with responsibility for the company’s global legal affairs, including in the areas of regulatory compliance, privacy, intellectual property, commercial, M&A, governance and employment. Previously, Son was Vice President, Legal at Vonage Holdings Corp. (VG), where he was responsible for global regulatory, privacy and intellectual property matters. He also served as lead counsel for Vonage’s API Platform group. Prior to Vonage, Son was in private practice at a global law firm based in New York. Son received his undergraduate degree in computer science from Cornell University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
