Robinson Redmond, Global Head of Research - Chambers and Partners

Robinson started as a researcher on the UK/USA team, before becoming a Deputy Editor on the USA Guide followed by Global: International Capabilities Editor and subsquently being promoted to his current role as Global Head of Research. Before joining Chambers Robinson worked in the energy industry, liaising between suppliers and brokers. He graduated with an LLB from the University of Aberdeen in 2012 and went on to intern in South Africa for the Legal Resources Centre, a human rights NGO.

Marlene Hermann, Research Director - EMEA - Chambers and Partners

Marlene started at Chambers as a researcher on the Europe team before being promoted to Senior Researcher and then Editor and subsequently Research Director. Prior to joining Chambers, she worked in recruitment focusing on the social housing sector. She holds a BA in English and History and an MA in Politics and Contemporary History from the University of Nottingham. She is a native German speaker.

Ollie Dimsdale, Research Manager - Chambers EMEA - Chambers and Partners

Research Manager - Chambers Global (ROW). Ollie has been with Chambers and Partners for several years, initially starting as a Researcher on Chambers Asia-Pacific before working his way up to Assistant Editor. In 2016 he became Deputy Editor of Chambers Global, with specific responsibilities for the Middle East, North Africa and Offshore Caribbean. He graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA in English & Theatre Studies (2006) and an MA in English Literature (2007). He also separately obtained an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of St Andrews (2010).

Ed Draper, Research Manager - Chambers EMEA - Chambers and Partners

Ed joined Chambers in 2018 as a researcher on the Canada team. Since joining, he has contributed to the development of the Canada, Global and US guides, before being promoted to assistant editor in January 2021. Ed studied history at Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2016, and had a brief stint in financial services before joining Chambers.

Laurence Mussett, Research Manager - Chambers EMEA - Chambers and Partners

Laurence graduated from the University of Warwick in 2016 with a BA in History, followed by an MA in Modern History in 2017. He joined Chambers in January 2018 as part of the client team before moving to the Global team as a senior researcher.
