Ollie Dimsdale, Head of Research - Africa, Chambers and Partners

Ollie has been part of the research team at Chambers and Partners for a number of years, starting as a researcher on the Asia-Pacific guide. In 2016 he was appointed research manager on the Global team, with specific responsibilities for Middle East and Offshore Caribbean jurisdictions, before taking on his current role as Head of Africa, Middle East, Caribbean and Offshore (AMECO) in 2022. He holds a BA in English & Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick, as well as an MA in English Literature (also from Warwick) and an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of St Andrews.

Laurence Mussett, Research Manager - EMEA, Chambers and Partners

Laurence graduated from the University of Warwick in 2016 with a BA in History, followed by an MA in Modern History in 2017. He joined Chambers in January 2018 as part of the Client team before moving to the Global team as a senior researcher. In September 2021, he was made Research Manager on the EMEA team, with key jurisdictions now including Italy, Israel, Greece, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

Magdalena Parkitna, Research Manager, Chambers and Partners

Upon joining Chambers, Magdalena conducted research on Africa, the Middle East and Offshore jurisdictions. After going through various roles in the company, she became EMEA Research Manager in 2018. Prior to joining Chambers, she was a freelance journalist, and has also lived and worked in New York. She graduated in Journalism from the City University London, before studying for an MA in Investigative Journalism at same university. Magdalena speaks fluent Polish.

Charline Thiebault, Principal Research Specialist, Chambers and Partners

Charline graduated in International Relations and Political Sciences from Sciences Po Lyon, before studying for an MA in International Politics at SOAS in London. She is a French native speaker.
