Driving Better Business: How GCs can Set the ESG Agenda with Interlaw
About this Series
The ESG (environmental, social and governance) agenda, which was already dominating the boardrooms of major multinationals pre-pandemic, is now an even more powerful and complex force, presenting difficult and multi-faceted challenges for corporations to navigate – from climate change to social inclusion – while still delivering returns for their stakeholders.
With remit over regulation and good governance, GCs have a key role to play in driving the ESG agenda within their organizations.
This five-part series will seek to articulate the key ESG challenges facing corporations, setting them in a clear and relevant commercial context, as well as providing practical guidance on where to take action.
