Yashasvi Jain, International Arbitration Lawyer and Associate - MRP Advisory

Yashasvi is an international dispute resolution lawyer working with MRP Advisory, Dubai. She has a vast experience in handling complex construction arbitrations across continents. Ali Said Ali Kalbani, Head of Legal, Khimji Ramdas

Ali commenced his career as an Associate in one of the reputed institutes in Muscat. Later, moved to Govt. the regulatory sector as a legal Associate which the organization kept him promoted him through the years by heading the litigation part then being Sr. Manager Regulation ending as General Manager, Policy and Strategy. In April 2021, Ali started a new journey in Oman Private Sector as became Group Head, Legal and compliance in Khimji Ramdas Group. He is currently leading the Group's legal and compliance activities within around 43 companies including UAE and India group branches. Among Ali's journey, he used to be a decision-maker in several local and international disputes by representing the organization he worked for or advising law firms that represented the originations.

Justin Mort, QC, Keating Chambers

Justin Mort QC specialises in high value construction disputes with a particular interest in and expertise in energy, infrastructure and process engineering projects. His innumerable reported cases arising from court proceedings, particularly in the TCC, and the original and ingenious legal arguments that he has deployed in fighting them, together constitute a formidable contribution to the law governing construction claims, arbitration, adjudication and related topics. Joe Durkin, Investment Manager - EMEA, LCM

Joe Durkin is an Investment Manager with litigation funder LCM. Joe has been based in the Middle East since 2008 where his background as a lawyer and arbitrator provided him with a deep understanding of litigation risk. Prior to joining LCM, Joe was partner with a Dubai based law firm and prior to that was a lawyer with the international law firm Maples and Calder. Joe has taken conduct of over one hundred commercial disputes in LCIA, ICC, DIAC, ADCCAC and DIFC Court proceedings. Joe has acted as advisor for several GCC headquartered banks and for the representative offices of Swiss banks in the Middle East. Leading publishers Sweet & Maxwell and Bloomsbury professional have published his work, which includes the World’s Leading Offshore Jurisdictions.

Rishabh Jogani, Partner, MRP Advisory

Rishabh is an India qualified lawyer with several years of experience. In addition to construction law, he specialises in shareholder disputes, intellectual property law issues, debt recovery claims and real estate matters. He has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations. He has done several ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA or SIAC institutional rules. He has represented clients in arbitrations governed by Indian, English, Singaporean, Kazakhstani or Sudanese law. He has also managed complex litigations before the Indian Courts As an experienced lawyer, he has managed hundreds of challenging disputes before various forums. He regularly advises clients on various legal issues. Rishabh has previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai, DSK Legal, Mumbai and Mr. Pradeep Sancheti, Sr. Advocate, Bombay High Court. Rishabh holds Bachelors of Law and Bachelors of Legal Science degrees from the University of Mumbai. He also holds an LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and also holds a Masters in Intellectual Property Law, IGNOU, New Delhi.
