Nassib is recognised as an outspoken advocate for D&I, working closely with Nokia LGBT+ employee resource group, EQUAL! He then developed an OUT leaders program to ensure the development and visibility of LGBT+ leaders at Nokia, before introducing a diversity scorecard to assess outside counsel.
