Philippe Minard, Chief Executive Officer and Investment Director - Anima Alternative
He has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance in leading financial institutions, most recently as Country Manager for Italy of CAPZA and previously as Founding Partner of Emisys Capital and CEO of Mezzanove Capital. Before the launch of Mezzanove Capital he spent 7 years in Mediobanca, holding the position of Head of the Structured Finance area (leveraged finance, project finance and real estate finance).Previously, he gained further professional experience at Arca Merchant, Creditanstalt and Société Générale and graduated in Economics from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris.
Etienne Deshormes, Managing Partner - Elm Capital
EtienneDeshormeshas more than 25 years’ experience in capital markets and corporate finance. Since establishing Elm Capital in 2004, Etienne has built the firm on the principle that for each mandate, Elm Capital becomes an integral partner with the client sharing a common goal and keeping interests fully aligned. Etienne is the CEO of Elm Capital Associates Ltd and Elm Capital USA Ltd. Previously he spent 11 years at JP Morgan as Head of the Corporate Finance Division in Belgium and then as Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets in London. After leaving JP Morgan, Etienne was Managing Director at Zurich Capital Markets in London where he was responsible for developing the firm’s structured finance business in Europe. He also founded Global CFO Ltd, an electronic information platform for investment banks and CFOs. Etienne graduated in History and in Economics at the Free University of Brussels. He is a Belgian Citizen and is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish. As a Registered Representative of Elm Capital USA Limited, Etienne currently holds FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63Licences.
