Private companies are the State´s greatest ally when it comes to developing large infrastructure projects. Over the last 25 years, the firm´s partners working on this area have served as legal advisors in both sides of the equation, advising the Public Administration and the private investors or developers.

We understand how the system works, so that when one of our clients has an idea that may benefit the public interest, we can actively seek to discuss it with the corresponding public entities; observing the most rigorous transparency standards. Also, our experience gives us a better understanding of most of the obstacles that large projects face, and the possible schemes to overcome them.

Our firm currently serves as the legal advisor to the Execution Unit in charge of executing the largest public infrastructure program. This is an innovative figure which has proved to be very efficient and is expected to be replicated for future projects.

Our presence is not limited to major public projects. We also have some large real estate developers among our clients and have assisted in the structuring, permitting phase and operation of those projects.

We also combine the interdisciplinary expertise of our firm´s banking area to provide adequate solutions in the structuring of project finance schemes and allocation of risks.
