The Corporate, M&A practice is handled by two groups within our Firm: The Mergers and Acquisitions Group headed by Dr. Ingy Badawy and the Capital Markets Group headed by Mr. Anwar Zeidan. Dr. Firas El Samad is a prominent and active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in addition to being the head of the Competition Law and Information Technology Group. Ms. Mona Zulficar also provides the Group with valuable support when required.
