Overview

The Corporate and M&A practice is handled by two main departments within Zulficar & Partners (“Z&P” or the “Firm”): the Mergers and Acquisitions Department and the Capital Markets and Procedural Department (the “Team”).
The Team prides itself as having star quality partners and associates possessing recognized track records in establishing precedents and introducing innovative products, structures and solutions to the Egyptian market through their creative and proactive problem solving approach.
We provide our Client’s with individualized service that caters to their specific needs and business requirements. This is further enhanced by allocating a dedicated team comprising the lawyers we believe to be best suited to advise each particular client based on the particular business sector and the circumstances under which said client is operating. The dedicated team is always coordinated by a partner who acts as the client manager. The above structure provides the client with direct access to a partner who is constantly present, available and aware of all the client’s matters handled by the different lawyers from the different departments within the Firm which ensures that the services rendered to the client are reviewed from a holistic perspective and are also both cost and time efficient.
