  • Handling debt capital market transactions such as issuance of bonds, securitization and Sukuk.
  • Drafting and negotiations settlement and rescheduling of debts and resolved disputes related to default payments of debtors either amicably or ultimately through legal action.
  • Collaborating with international law firms on cross border banking, financing and refinancing transactions.
