Overview

The Firms’ Banking and Finance Department provides a comprehensive range of legal services for a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and governmental Clients as well as other entities. The Department are particularly recognized and have extensive expertise in all matters related to banking and finance activities including Islamic Finance.

Our role in providing the above mentioned services include but not limited to:
Drafting and negotiating syndicated loan agreements, credit facility agreements,  and relevant security documents in both Arabic and English Languages;

Drafting of the Islamic Finance agreement such as "Mudarba", Murabha"...etc.

Advising Banks on matters pertaining to Banking Law and Central Bank of Egypt regulations; Drafting Bank’s standard forms; Drafting and negotiations restructuring, settlement and rescheduling of debts and resolved disputes related to default payments of debtors either amicably or ultimately through legal action on behalf of our Clients.

Advising the non banking financial institutions in micro finance law, the financial leasing law, and mortgage finance law.

Handling the litigation related to the banking activities on behalf of the banks.
