Our dedicated Litigation & Arbitration team comprises of talented lawyers with stellar academic backgrounds in civil procedure and arbitration, and is led by seasoned practitioners with vast litigation experience. It was further bolstered by the lateral hire, in 2022, of its new head, Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis, who is considered amongst the leading litigation and arbitration practitioners in Greece.
Our team litigates and arbitrates disputes across a wide range of industry sectors, including, amongst others, construction and energy disputes, disputes arising under distribution, agency and franchise agreements, disputes arising under complex financing transactions, corporate disputes and M&A related disputes.
