The firm also counsels clients on day-to-day regular loan transactions, as well as banking and regulatory matters, compliance with public offering and reporting requirements, and anti-money-laundering legislation. The department furthermore specializes in debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and private equity and venture capital transactions.
